football! woohoo!!

it's been a long time. but it's coming back to me like riding a bike and sex!!

ya know, i had made bad assumptions about the county health clinic and the past two times I've been there they have been great. the lady today gave me the 'all clear' on all my tests. then we got to chitchattin about men and dating. she was an older woman, has a few grandkids, but she was telling me about how she put up a profile on the internet. too funny to hear, and i reassured her it wasn't so bad. she said she couldn't believe she had done it and then just deleted the profile. and then we got to talking to art (i only had to be there to have the tests read to me which took about a minute but i spent a half hour there!) and how she was thinking about going back, thought about SCAD (the school I go to), but is taking just little classes at Michael's. she showed me one of her watercolors and it was awesome. i'm not much for painting or drawing but she is very good at it. she did show me some photographs she had taken since i told her i was majoring in photography. of course they were the typical snapshots of grandkids but i did point out that the closer the shot the better and she did have some good closeups. i thought about telling her to either turn the flash off or get one that you can put on the camera but that probably would have been too detailed for her so i didn't suggest it.

also, in savannah you have to feed meters to park. so i thought it funny that they had 10 hour meters since you only have to pay to park between 8am up to 5pm. so i wonder if they get a lot of people pumping in money for that extra hour? i know i see tourists pumping in money after 5pm. also don't need to pump them on the weekend. sometimes i will tell people they don't need to feed the meter if i'm feeling nice LOL.

omg on a gas station sign i see "NEW POON" under the MARLBORO, and other cigarette ads. is there a POON cigarette? cause i was thinkin of another kinda poon. which made me crack up of course. not sure what it meant. but i got a good laugh. too bad i didn't have my camera (i'm so bad about not bringing it, i really need to)

well i think that was it. a couple of those items i had wanted to discuss earlier but with the ISSUES i'm having logging into my blog i forgot about them. still having those issues. something about a beta blog. sheesh. i like this one just fine tyvm!
