I'm gettin on the internet while the gettin's good

My signal says "Very Low" so I'm trying to stay online as long as I can until I get the little X on my little computer screen down in the corner.

I uninstalled/reinstalled my Adobe suite and now can use my Bridge (yippee!) and see RAW files in Photoshop! So excited cause now I can finish my work.

Although I don't rightly know how to get those awesomely post-produced photos that I see on some internet sites by photographers. Guess I need to read more books. But I also don't like to do too much post work after I photograph. I'm not 'creating digital images' but want to do the creating in camera. But more and more if I want to create more conceptual work I will HAVE to do more work in computer. Will have to see what the teach wants me to do on the photos. So far I've done my food category. I love my butcher man! Didn't have to do too much to it either! Going to check all my photos when I'm done for cropping needs, erasing some spots (being at the beaches I had gotten lots of water spots and dirty ick so have to clean up the photos), and minor levels adjustments.

I HAVE to remember to take my camera with me. I have no excuse now. I bought a point and shoot so I wouldn't have to worry about taking my high $ digital with me in the truck. And I could have used it this morning (
reminds me, I have to charge up the battery)
when it was soooooo foggy out because of the air temp versus the ground temp. Couldn't see too far but it was awesome to see. Doubt will get the same tomorrow but here's hoping.

Oh one of the interesting things about Australia is that for breakfast they also serve tomatoes. Now I like tomatos but for breakfast? So I tried it and they were good (if they weren't overcooked). So to get in my veggies I may make grilled tomatoes for breakfast on occasion. O they also serve baked beans. Eew. I like breakfast food for breakfast still.

I had to call my loan holder or whatever you call them because the loan was cancelled and of COURSE the school Financial Aid didn't know shit. FINALLY got through to them and they said I cancelled it December 1. Um NOT because I was on a plane to Australia. So now I'm freaking out if someone has access to my account. I wonder if the school denied it. No one apparently seems to know but I NEED this loan. I have two and a half quarters to go (through this year) and I'm DONE. THey are going to resubmit the loan.

Shit. I realize this CSI is one of the ones I missed because I was in Australia. DAMN now I don't know why Grissom left. O and I was trying to NOT find out who won Survivor before I saw the videos (but they are kinda crappy on the CBS site) but my dumb ass went directly to the Survivor page and now I know who won (I was hoping he did) but now the surprise isn't so surprisingly *sigh*.

I really would like to go shopping. I have no new clothing (except the sweater my mom got me but I wonder if it's a men's sweater and I really don't like the polo logo on my clothes). I would like a robe (o0o vicky's semi annual sale is on!) and some 'girly' stuff. But alas I am broke. Must await my next paycheck.......

Ok I think I will stop now. I could go on but I need to try to get to bed again since I got NO sleep last night and was dragging my ASS to work.
