Meditation = 15 minutes
Yoga = 25 minutes
Peace of mind = priceless (and hopefully for a lifetime)
It's hard to get into a routine. Or maybe I just think it is. Mondays are my only total day off. I work every other weekend and every Wednesday and Friday. I have classes every Tuesday and Thursday. And so this MOnday is rainy. But I cannot just 'veg'. I want to. But I have errands to run. Fridays of late seem to be busy in the baby department. I guess they get as many to have them so they are there all weekend. Well I don't like working a full Friday (I know all you guys who have to work all day are probably cussin me).
So Mondays I can take my time, meditate, do my yoga, workout, although today I'm sure I want to run in the rain. I"ll probably shop haha!
