I came across the following while checking in on my Facebook account. Apparently the students decide to use their 'creativity' to create armor and weapons out of cardboard for an epic battle in the largest park here in Savannah. It's not role playing, but just a battle I guess.

I can't help but laugh.
They can only use cardboard or paper with duct tape (or regular tape), packing material and rope, and they must wear either a helmet they made or bought. If you land on the ground on your back or stomach you are dead. Hit someone in the nuts or head you are OUT. At least they are entertaining themselves and the GP! Not sure if I want to go.

I hope that when I fork out thousands and thousands of dollars for my kids to go to school they have this kind of fun. Yeah.
But other than that-I thought it was funny. Creative bunch of crazies.
I don't know the song, but I sort of recognized it for a second then couldn't figure it out.
The open field must've been next to a comic book convention.
