Recipes
Ok. I need help here. I need some new food ideas. I like to cook and the amount of cookbooks and such in the bookstore is overwhelmingly frustrating. So I ended up leaving without getting any type of book. What I want of course are healthy foods. And the internet? Man there are thousands of websites that have recipes. I've got to narrow this down somehow.
Healthy recipes.
Healthy recipes that I can make with not a shitload of ingredients.
Healthy recipes that I can make without a shitload of ingredients that I can make in little time.
I'm trying to eat more beans but that gets old. Plus the gas increase. Ew.
So, anyone out there with any suggestions?
I do have an Asian cookbook but I don't have a lot of money. So I am saving that for when I move.
I want to eat more fish and making fish the same old way is getting old. I'm also trying to get more vegetables in. I'm tired of the plain old veggies. I don't eat enough because a lot of them aren't so tasty. Sure, I've grabbed the frozen ones and some are quite tasty. But I do like to eat the fresh ones as much as I can.
Hit me up with some ideas. Please.

bah, for whatever reason, couldn't comment last night, oh well, my cookbooks are at home, maybe i'll send you some when i get there.
Funny. Tonight, I was thinking about a soup, made with Tortellini (or any kind of pasta), veggies and chicken broth.
I think you could chop up some carrots, green beans and potatoes and mix them in with pasta (it comes pre-made in a package in my supermarket) with some chicken broth cubes.
Can't get easier than that. Or can you?

oops, forgot that most of my cook books are for a slow cooker. the other ones aren't exactly easy to prepair, I'm guessing you want something that would be easier to clean up after.
but I'll take a peak through my books anyways, always intresting to find some new ideas to make.
