Toner Toxicity!

I knew I should have toned my prints downstairs because there is better ventilation. Well last night I was hacking up a lung. I hope this doesn't mean I get edema or pneumonia or bronchitis. I do not have health insurance.

Anyway, I THOUGHT I was finished with my Large Format class but NOOOOOOOO I found a few prints still on the drying racks so now I have to go back and tone those today.

Right now I'm getting ready to finish the last two pages on my web page. I already want to change it, but I am just going to finish it for class then revise it. I wanted to add a place for purchasing, and a few other "secret" buttons. Ya know, kind of like easter eggs or bonus features on DVDs. I was browsing photography websites and this one guy has an awesome one that I want to 'pull inspiration' from.

Maybe I'll just post the few I've come across that I REALLY like (although some are great at the first page then kind of fizzle, in my opinion).

Oh shit, I lost his site.

o0o0 yay I found it

anyway these are the few that I've found while researching for my own site. Take a look if you like.

This last one I have bookmarked at the Manayunk page, because I found it so fascinating that someone has captured that part of PHilly. My grandparents lived there and I remember walking to the corner store or around the corner for "Italian Ice". I remember the hilly streets and the Italians and Pollacks that were around. My grandmother spoke Polish and the neighbor and her would what I would deem as yelling at each other in Polish all the time. I think now I realize they weren't yelling, but at the time I was a kid and thought they hated each other because they were always yelling. I remember the huge Catholic church we went to on occasion (my grandmother was devout). I remember the stoops we'd play on, walk up and down on. We weren't allowed to go too far as a little kid, but it was so neat how we'd just run up and down the street. THen I remember as I got older the neighborhood started changing. Or I was growing up. Maybe a combination of both. But the Polish neighbors died off and new 'trashy' neighbors came in. THey didn't care about talkin to ya, watching out for each other, they just cared about themselves and if their trash was on your side of the alley then it became your trash. They just didn't give a shit. I don't like how it turned out in my eyes. I miss my grandparents and the neighbors 'yelling' in Polish. ...

That's all i can find right now. apparently i didn't bookmark them (duh @ me)

well i best get to this website. it is due today.

least i'm not coughing as much today.

Sorry to post a non-sequitor comment here, but I saw your comment on FS5 and thought I'd stop by.

Yes, LaDainian is AWESOME. I'm the only Charger fan in the Philadelphia area, so I have my own fun. Sunday's game was amazing. That girl tearing up the #21 jersey for that photo was like ripping up a flag.

The McNabb injury was devistating to an already dismal season. Poor Eagles fans...they were so happy after the Dallas game.
