Probably not, but WTF. i also remember putting the picture in my profile and now i can't remember how i did it to change it. not that i want to real bad. i actually love the picture. it depicts my attitude on most occasions. LOL. i wanted to change the template too but it says that anything i've added to this one will go *caput* and i don't feel like finding the links or cuttin/pastin or whatnot. ya i know lazee. SHUP! brb more coffee
ok i'm back. ya know, i came across my fast food fact finder and there is no way i need to be eating at those places again. i know i know, i'm a freak, but my god, even the damn salads aren't the greatest! i'm not becoming a 'tard on this really, but i really need to get a decent lifestyle going, because the older i get the slower my metabolism is working which means i gotta work twice as hard to make my ass smaller. and lately it isn't working. partly because i'm slackin, partly because i was injured, and partly because the rain, and partly because the school gym is closed. well it's open now. nice to know it's been open for a few weeks, sheesh. anyhoodles. i can't believe some of this stuff i'm *relearning* or rather *remembering* about food. 1/2 a bagel is one serving of grain/carb? OMFG well no wonder i can't take any weight off. i eat the whole damn bagel, maybe TWO! o boy i have some reworking to do on my eating habits i tell ya.
i did make a chicken dinner last night in the steamer. was actually quite tasty. i am not a cook. i am one of those people that follow a recipe to the T. if i digress i feel like it'll go all to hell (and i'm an art student right? supposed to be *creative* right? well sometimes i can be LOL). so anyhoo, i used tarragon which i never used before. it's ok, different taste. i only steamed the green beans (fresh mind you, the best) for 5 min max. i hate my vegetables mushy and btw my acupuncturist says you don't need to over cook them at all, just a few minutes steaming brings out the nutrients. ok, she could be giving me a bunch of bullhocky but i doubt it. plus they taste better and won't give you gas like eating some of them raw. although i still can't seem to steam zucchini right. just has to be grilled i think for me.
