What a Lovely Christmas
for my 11 year old niece.........
in brief, her father sends her a Christmas card with a note TYPED and NOT signed. Basically it reads: your Christmas gift was $4000 (explaining why he didn't send anything, but I"m sure his other kids got lots of stuff.) THen he goes on to tell her that things happen in life that people don't like. Who tells this shit to an 11 year old? Who tells a child that because his ass lost custody in court that it is the child's fault they aren't getting any Christmas gifts? Who tells a child that they can't afford gifts because they lost their job and had to take another one for less money?
Oh I have the original letter. I am so tempted to send it all back with a letter. But you know what? I would be wasting my breath. I also thought of writing to his parents, but then they would just support his warped mind just because he is their son. I understand family is family, but if someone is just totally fucked up, someone needs to whack them over the head or SOMEthing to make them understand.
I feel so bad for my niece.......but I can only just try to make her have the best Christmas I can give her without her father...........

Parents don't know how that destroys a child. Then they wonder why their kids are pushing them down the stairs in their wheelchair.
He's an asshole who'll regret his actions later on.
