Just some ramblings from an unstable mind

hmm maybe i'll change my blog title/description to that. anyhoodles. i can't seem to get up before the sun. not that that is a good or bad thing, sometimes i like to, but most of the time i don't and i feel, well, not BAD, but just don't feel right. especially on a weekend. but now that i'm not working every day is really a weekend. now when there is absolutely something spectacular i WANT to do, i am up. my ass is ANXIOUS to get up. in utah, i was freaking up way before the sun but that's because i was nervous about sleeping out inthe wide open desert. i have some crazy worries, like some coyote or something was goign to come eat me while i slept. crazy i know. considering there was NOTHING AROUND FOR MILES! well cept spiders which we had put our tent over a whole family of them and scorpions which one found it's way in my pants pocket and gave me a nice stinger to remember. i will never forget that. anyhoo,...

and now i have a dilemma. i don't have this one often, but today i'm having one. WHAT do i want for breakfast. i mean come on, you have to have those days where you just absolutely don't know what you want to eat for breakfast? i don't want cereal, i don't really want eggs, a waffle i could have but don't have any. but it's not jumping out at me. oatmeal--no. although that's helped with my cholesterol-lowering, and that's PLAIN ASS oatmeal which is *tasteless* but i try to spice it up like the packaged kind just doesnt work the same, but it's palatable, i put raisins and maple sugar from vermont and cinnamon. i guess i should add salt but i am not a salt-adder. i chose plain oatmeal rather than like quaker instant stuff because, there's a tad bit more fiber, which we all need, and less of the crap like sugar sodium etc. anyhoo, i found this site, yes i'm crazy i went on the internet and looked up breakfast. LMAO but what's crazier is they have sites about it. so anyway, i'm perusing that to see what i can make. i might just have toast LOL. do you know? there are 125 ways to have toast??? my god. that is up from the last time i was on there last year. i'm having coffee right now, so i'm not too hungry, but i will eat breakfast, helps in the weight loss/management. but it's funny, because i've come across some interesting restaurants and their recipes and menus. just from typing in breakfast, or lunch. funny, i haven't gotten to dinner/supper yet. interesting the things you find on the internet. well the coffee's working so i will sign off this blog for now.

If'n you like Oatmeal try I forget who makes it but it's Pecan Cinnamon instant oatmeal. Yummy!!! My fav. breakfast these days-vanilla yogurt with granola in it or sunmaid makes this stuff called fruit bits. Dried bits of apricots, raisins, peaches, coconut and put it in the yogurt. Ut oh, now my mouth is watering.

Breakfast? What's that? By 8:30 each morning I'm having my bacon sammich, Coke, and Hickory Sticks. Breakfast of Champions I tell ya.
