What's New?
Not much really since yesterday.
I do have a bicycle, but it's a 10 speed. Not sure it's going to get me far on the beach. So, I was thinking of getting one for the beach/trails. I just don't want to spend a fortune. And I don't know DIDDLY about bicycles. I was thinking of a Cruiser (like this one), but I do want more a mountain bike to ride along G-man's property and the parks and stuff. But maybe the cruiser will be fine? I have no flipping clue. Although I notice that the price difference is quite great. I mean it's not like I'm going to be getting all super muddy and racing through an obstacle course and NEED the mountain bike right? Yea I think the cruiser should be fine......
I'm tired today. Not sure why, might be the allergies. I have to get up early tomorrow as my class starts at 8am and well I have been getting up after 8am this week so I better prepare myself. Gotta leave at 7am so I can (hopefully) get me a good meter-free parking spot.
I also have piles of stuff to organize, throw out, sell, whatever and I'm just staring at it like um.......
So I best be off.......

just make sure you leave the seat on it no matter which one you get ;)
I'm your bike guy.
The cruiser may be all you need if you're not planning to go off-road. As long as the tires are wide enough to handle some sand without getting you tipped over, you'll be fine.
A mountain bike, for all its glory, will be more comfortable, especially if you get one with a front shock and a rear spring - which of course, drives the price up.
If it's possible, I would suggest you go to a real bike shop, not the local department store. There, you will get a first-person level of service that the local Target or Dick's will not give you. Generally, they handle all minor adjustments for free and can give you practical tips for better riding.
At our local shop, last year's bikes are on clearance, and priced to sell. Check around to see if there are any bargains. Chances are, you can get a nice ride that won't break you. Last year's model is perfect, especially if the price is right. Shops don't like inventory, and they'll sometimes deal with you to make a sale.
Red, make sure it has a really tiny seat. Then wear some dangerously skimpy shorts. Have your camera along. You know where to send the pics.... Luv ya :)
