I meditate. I burn candles. I drink green tea...............and still I want to smack someone.

The Stretch is About Here

About two weeks to go (but only 4 classes left). I still haven't done my outside assignment and I'm thinking I'm not going to do it. Coordinating the people (if I can get any) with the equipment has not been working out. So I'm all about just saying "fuck it". Hell I pay for the damn class. It would be a hellofalot different if the people were paying ME to photograph them, but I'm not, so getting them to do it for me has been to say the least a chore. I'm heading out here in 10 or 15 because yesterday no light kits were available at 10:30 am (the place opens at 10, and I guess the kids have caught on that they need to get their sorry asses up before noon to get lights). So here's to hoping I can get my yoga shots. Poor girl looked like she rolled out of bed to come for her shoot yesterday at 11. Ah well.....

Other than that, not much happenin. Must get the rest of my photos ready for print. Must attend a damn dinner for the new boss Monday. Must get ready to work at the theater in June. Although I'm trying to get someone to cover me for a few days so I can take a road trip, although with gas prices I may not.......

Did see Shrek 3. Well, I have to say that the gingerbread man and the donkey and puss are funnier than Shrek. I of course loved the GB man in all the movies. I especially love the gumdrop............I wouldn't pay to see it but since it was free I did. Has its adult humor. Although really, and I may piss off some moms, but really, if you know your 2/3/4/5 year old can't sit still for an hour and a half......don't bring them to the movie. They don't watch it, they don't know what the fuck is going on, they just know they want to do something else besides sit in that seat. One was running around down front. One was yelling in my ear (and I made it known). One mom even had the gall to be talking on her cell phone during the movie. Good thing I couldn't hear that or she'd have to fight me for her phone. Just take the kid that wants to see the movie. That way you don't have to worry about a screaming, squirming kid. I just love how they yell "SHHHHHHHHHH" at the kid, which makes more damn noise, and the kid then proceeds to use their lungs to full capacity. If I could I'd have shoved a sock in their mouth. Yea, I know you can tell I don't have kids, but when I do have one (that is, when I take my niece places) I know she's not going to run around thinking the world is her playground. I stopped wondering why a long time ago that the world is going downhill with the new crop of kids today..........

I saw Shrek yesterday and I agree-I didn't like it as well as 1 and 2. Bummer.
